Hatay Production Facility

In our Hatay production facility, which serves with a high production capacity, we produce building materials for our suppliers and for different sectors.

Recycling Unit

In the recycling department; With the recycling of waste plastics, which have been insoluble for centuries, they both contribute to nature and meet the needs of people by making them reusable.

Composite Profile and Plate Production

Raw material is formed by combining PVC, which is the output of our recycling facility, dried and dehumidified wood chips and special materials in the mixer. Composite semi-finished products are obtained by passing the raw material through the extrusion system.

Door Production Unit

In our door production unit, a wide range of products is offered to users and suppliers with different colors, patterns and interior filling types. The entire production process, from the product entry to the final product, is completed in our fully automated facility. Composite doors are produced using special production technologies.

Timber Unit

The 1st, 2nd and 3rd class timbers purchased through tender from the Forestry Operations Directorates are ready to start the production of pavement after they are dried in the timber drying oven in our enterprise to 8-10% humidity. Its monthly production capacity is 60,000 wooden floorboards.

Algeria Production Facility

In our facility, which serves on an area of 23,500 m2, production is carried out for the North African Market. The entire production process is carried out in our fully automated facility, from the product entry to the final product. With a wide range of products and colors, all the needs of the industry are met under one roof.

Recycling Unit

In the recycling department of our Erdoor Algeria production facility, 1000 tons of material are recycled per month and all of them are recycled, and 1000 sets of composite door components are produced daily.

Composite Profile and Plate Production

Our Algeria-based Composite Production Facility, which caters to the North African market, has a monthly processing capacity of 1000 tons.

Panel Production Unit

Ergünbaş Group carries out the production of coated MDF panels for all kinds of furniture surfaces under the brand name Ergünbaş Panel in its production facility established on an area of 23,500 m2 in Algeria, and exports to Africa as well as Algeria.

Pipe Production Unit

Known for its products in the building materials sector, Ergünbaş Group manufactures drip and sprinkler irrigation pipes and fittings to meet the needs of the agricultural sector with its state-of-the-art machinery under the Ergunbas Pipe brand.
